Ryan & Annabel Koher
Pilot
Ryan and Annabel Koher are serving with Mission Aviation Repair Center in Alaska, living out the Great Commission. Ryan works as a pilot/mechanic, providing transportation for the Gospel. Annabel manages their home while homeschooling their three children - Elias, Hezekiah, and Abigail.
Both grew up in Southern California, committed to Christ early, and felt called to missions as teens. Ryan was inspired by an MAF missionary and pursued his pilot and mechanic licenses. He met Annabel at Thousand Pines Conference Center in 2014; they married in 2016. The Kohers served in mission aviation in Mozambique (South-Eastern Africa) for four years before joining MARC in 2026.
2 Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance."
They share God's heart for the people in rural Alaska and are burdened by the need for the spread of the Gospel there. It is Ryan & Annabel's desire to come alongside missionaries and pastors to give all in rural Alaska the opportunity to have the hope and life that comes from Jesus Christ.
